Everything is covered in white today, so I thought I'd add a little color.  I included one picture in natural light and one with a filter effect to show contrast.

Here is a recent look I did to try out Tarte Amazonian Clay foundation (in the shade 'light') and one of my favorite lipsticks- MAC's Toxic Tale. Eyes were done using the Sonia Kashuk "Eye on Neutrals" palette, found in Target. Swatches to follow.

What do you guys think of the lipstick? I like it, but I feel like it could come off a bit cartoon-ish. This was for a family party (you can see the dress I was going to wear in the background).

FOTD: WnW Silent Treatment

This "Face of the Day" look was created using the new 'Silent Treatment' trio from Wet'n Wild.







I used the placement directions from the trio and created a nice taupe smokey eye. I think that next time I'll use the peach as a lid color, taupe in the crease, and brown to darken the outer-V. I feel that that combination would be a bit better for daytime. These trios are so much fun to play with.
